Beacon, NY is a great little town with a ton of hiking trails in the Mt. Beacon Park area. Easy walk from town and a fun, challenging hike through miles of trails. I hiked this first with my family over a year ago and then recently hiked Fishkill Ridge to Beacon Summit.
